NOW CLOSED Invitation to Quote: Freedom Pass Data Cleansing and Data Management

The London Freedom Pass scheme is managed by London Councils on behalf of London's 32 borough councils and the City of London. The Freedom Pass for older and disabled people is funded by the local borough council and gives free travel on most public transport in London 24 hours a day (after 9.30am on most National Rail services within London), including all day at weekends and on public holidays. The pass may also be used to travel on local bus services in the rest of England under the terms of the Concessionary Bus Travel Act 2007. To be eligible for an Older Persons Freedom Pass your sole or prinicpal residence must be in London and you must meet the age requirement.

London Councils seeks quotations for a data cleansing and data management service to verify the residency of Freedom Pass holders and to improve quality of data.

Please send your submissions by e-mail to TMtenders@londoncouncils.gov.uk, by 12 noon on 12 April 2019. THE DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO 12 NOON ON 16 APRIL 2019.
