We are aware that you may have experienced issues, when trying book a journey with longer waiting times on the booking line and when trying to use the app.

We would like to apologise for this and understand the frustration this might have caused you.

This issue was caused by a system migration and we have already managed to resolve some of the issues with ComCab London, and as such you should begin to see an improvement in service. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this as caused you.
