Strategic Programme Manager - Secure Children’s Home and Community Project

We are delighted to offer this exciting opportunity to lead one of the most ambitious programmes addressing an essential part of placement sufficiency for London's vulnerable children.

We are looking for someone to fill this role for a period of 8 months in a critical and crucial phase of the programme. As Strategic Programme Lead you'll work closely with senior officers and Council Leaders to be responsible, alongside the LIIA Programme Lead, for designing, co-ordinating and delivering the Secure Children's Home and Community Project (SCH) programme, working with Directors of Children's Services, Senior Officers, Senior Managers in partner organisations and Services across the London region. As part of the London Innovation and Improvement Alliance (LIIA), you will work closely with all London local authorities to support the Association of London's Directors of Children's (ALDCS) improvement priorities. 

This is an interim appointment and will be offered on a day rate basis of up to £400 per day (Limited Company rate) and the job description is attached.
