We are still accepting items of post at London Councils. However, due to the current working restrictions, this is extremely limited and if you send items through the post there will be a delay in them being received and dealt with by the team.
Therefore, if you need to send an application form, evidence documents or a photo that relates to a Taxicard application form or Taxicard reactivation and are able to, please scan the document or take a photo of it using your mobile phone and email to [email protected] where a member of the Taxicard team will respond within 1-2 working days.
We will accept photographs taken using a personal camera or mobile phone.
