Summary
This cover report introduces the London Ventures progress report. The report updates CA Board on the progress of the ventures that are currently part of the London Ventures portfolio. Notes the progress of the investment cases, as agreed at the CA Board in October, and presents some early indications of their impact. The report also notes good levels of senior stakeholder engagement.
The report includes a summary of the London Ventures programme commercial structure and detail of the current financial position.

Item 5 - Change request: CA507 - West London Alliance property and asset management programme
Summary
The project manager for project CA507: West London Alliance property and asset management programme has submitted a change request form to extend the period within which grant monies can be drawn down from 31 March 2015, to 31 March 2016.
The requested extension will enable increased engagement and shared learning to take place.
This change has no impact on other Capital Ambition projects.
Recommendations
It is recommended that the CA Board:
